[ngw] Calendar Issue

Dave,

I found this TID : http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10063686.htm

Novell is still working on this issue in development, but have a work-around.

I also found in the Admin Guide that this could be a memory error. Have the user try to bring her Calendar up after logging into another machine other than the one she is currently using. (Use the /@u-? switch).
Have her launch her GroupWise and see if the error occurs on another machine.
If it does, then try the workaround in the above TID.

I hope this helps!

One of our users has a problem whereby whenever she clicks on the Day view in her Groupwise Calendar she receieves the following error message:

"Groupwise Error (8101)

An unexpected eror has occurred. Please exit and then restart
Groupwise.

If this error occurrs repeatedly, please note the error code in the title
before seekein assistance."

I have found some info on 8101 errors but none which relate to this particular problem.

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas for resolution?

For info we are running Groupwise 5.2.
