Why the move to Exchange? Features, price, reliablity, 3rd-party integration, hardware?

Unfortunately, that information doesn't transfer out between the two systems. I've seen cases where someone was completly migrating a group from GW to Exchange, where they used the migration wizard and some of the calendar/address book entries made it. Transferrring this for a single user is something I've never seen done.

If they're a Palm/Pocket PC user, it might be possible to have them do a sync to that device, then move to Outlook, establish their profile again and sync back. I'd love to hear if anyone else has experience getting something like this to work. We're planning a move to Exchange now and that would be valuable (sorry to all the diehard GW people on the list).

I have a single user moving to a different building wher Outlook is used. What is the easiest method of transferring calendar and/or address book information from GW to Outlook?
