I thought there was a TID for it, but I can not find it. Something to do with keep-alives for IE??? Sorry I can not remember the specifics but maybe someone else knows a bit more about the apache config (if that is what you are using)

What happens is - when a user begins uploading, it will sit there for about 2-3 minutes until finally they get a "Page cannot be displayed" in their browser dialogue box. If they try to "refresh" they loose whatever they have typed in the message body. They are still logged into WebAccess, however, because they can continue to browse through their account and open email.

Like I mentioned earlier, I do not see this happening when I use Firefox for my web browser. Perhaps there is a problem with IE versions? I just seem to remember that there were issues with IE versions in earlier versions of WebAccess - the fix was to tweak the config file. If I remember correctly, it had to do with WA logging people out prematurely.

For the most part, WA seems to be working very well and this issue is about the only complaint I have been receiving (in excess, that is)..

I'm not sure about the config file, and what's kept where nowadays. But
the timeout is defined in ConsoleOne under Access Control in the Class
of Service setting. Default is 20 minutes, I believe. Does it take
that long for attachments to upload for those users?
