Laurie, could you tell me specifically what that patch is? I have a problem after updating to GW702HP1AUS.exe, that I can't share even an empty address book with anyone. I get the error "The address book could not be shared with the selected addresses", regardless of what addresses try to share it with. At this point it is an empty, new address book. No error appears on the POA when I try this. I can't find any hits in the knowledgebase about it either.
If it is the file GW702_agent_hp2r1.exe, then my problem is that I am running all agents on one small business server. There has not been a hot patched WebAccess gateway released yet and the instructions say that all of the gateways have to be hotpatched. I was wondering if there was a newer one than this released.

This would have happened before we got the latest server patch which we are installing this week, so that explains it. Thanks everyone for the info, I though I had read something about it earlier but thought it was fixed in the previous patch.

This issue has been discussed much on this list. You need to apply the 7.02 patch that addresses it (latest patch). My understanding is it won't fix it when it's already broke but will stop it from happening anymore.

I have a user who can only see a few names in a shared address book that contains probably a hundred names. Everyone else it is shared with sees it just fine. This user is on a different post office, but shared address books are supposed to work across post offices, right?
GW 7.0.2 backend and 6.5.7 client. We will be updating to the new client soon.
