webaccess problem

Hi,  I've installed my first Groupwise server.  It's version 7.02 
running on SLES10 with eDirectory 882.  So far everything seems OK 
except for the webaccess portion.  When I try to log in, I get a "cannot 
communicate with Groupwise webaccess agent" error message.  I know that 
both the webaccess agent and the webaccess applications are loaded and 
running.  The webaccess edirectory object has the right port and IP address.
