[ngw] Missing tooltips on to, from, etc

Right click one of the header fields and make sure that Disable Quick Info is not checked.  This has nothing to do with IE btw

Normally when you create a message in GW 7.0.3, if you mouse over the sender, recipient, cc or bc entries, you will get a tooltip or 'bubble help' that shows up giving you more information about that user.  I have one user where this doesn't happen.  Does anyone know where this is turned on or off from?  I know that GW uses IE to do some rendering of the dialogs.  Is this an IE setting somewhere?
