[ngw] Renamed user and now Calendar items are on Blackberry but not on GW calendar

What I suspect happened is that all of the calendar entries are "posted"
(personal) entries, and those exist only in the user database. So, if the
database got corrupted to the point that it needed to be totally recreated,
all personal items are lost.
There is no easy way to fix this. There are a couple of options:
1. Try to sync the BB to something else - i.e., I think the BB has a
"desktop" sync that can be used to sync into something other than GroupWise.
If you get the calendar out to another format, you can save it as an ics
file and then import that back into the GroupWise Calendar.
2. Try to get the calendar from backup - here's a doc that explains how -
