[ngw] MAC Client Error

Has anyone seen a problem similar to this with the MAC 8.0.1 Client. Users are
getting FF01 errors everytime they access an email. The user clearly does not
have more than 5,000 messages in their Mailbox. The only place where there are
more than 5,000 is in the Sent Items folder.
 
Any help is appreciated.
