That's how I keep some of our generic accounts that no one seems to want to maintain, works great.

Perhaps a gwcheck for just that account? Action = Expire/Reduce, choose expire _and_ reduce, and expire items older than 60 days? Assuming you didn't get your 41,000 faxes in the last 60 days....
