[ngw] missing post office attribute (update)

graft works, but it has to be a single container at a time.  it doesn't work if you select a parent container NOR does it work if you add multiple containers that directly hold users to the list.  odd to me.

the good news is that it produces a list of the problem users.  there was no rhyme or reason to it, so they were difficult to locate.  this at least helps with that part.

I did that and all of the problem users show up as "unmatched" in the graft.  It doesn't fix them.  If I do it one at a time, it works.
