[ngw] missing post office attribute (update)

Consider the graft process to be a GW5.* process that works still the same
way.

I think you see all GW users that are un- or mismatched, but you're only
able to store them to one e-Dir container, for the matching NDS objects,
right? This depends on the design of your e-Dir then.
