[ngw] missing post office attribute (update)

i opened an incident with novell and they told me that.  i tried it and confirmed that is the only way that it actually fixes the problem.

That does seem odd. It's been a long while since I've had to do a graft, but I don't remember it acting like that. Wonder if there's some version weirdness/buginess going on. At least you found a piece that works. Gotta be better than one-up.
