[ngw] combine GW8 accounts

I believe I once had a user that I could not provision because of a problem in the address book I was syncing to the user.  (Against best practices, I almost always sync the freq contacts book).

I seem to remember I cleared out the user's address book and then it completed the enterprise activation.   Are you wirelessly activating? or wired?  
How far does the enterprise activation get to?   (what %)

Whoops... Are you saying when you go to assign the user's address book to sync you don't even see any address books on the BES???    If so, never ran into that.  Is there any non-uniquness of the user?  (same GW ID, or email address exists in another PO?)

Did you clear and resync the address book on the BES?

I tried delete/readd.  The BES does pull in some of the account info.  I have not been able to activate the BB at all.  The users receives the RIM_xxxx activation email, but the ativation never completes. Also, when I go into PIM Sync for this users, the BES does not see her address books.  Rim support has not been able to determine what's causing it.  I've tests with several other accounts, new and existing.  All the others work but this one.

Have you tried deleting the user on the BES, then re-add the user?
(you may need to also wipe the Blackberry before re-activating the device on that account)
(If you are totally stuck, yes you can archive / fidfix / Unarchive into new account, but I believe that breaks single storage, so you end up increasing the size of your PO).

Does anyone know of a way to combine 2 GW8 accounts?  I have a user that I am trying to setup a Blackberry for on our BES.  For some reason the BES will not sync her account.  Every other account I test with works. I've done all the repairs and stuff on her GW account I can think of with no success. The only other thing I can think to do is recreate here account.  In the past I have been able to archive everything, then use the fid edit tool modify the archive.  Does that still work in GW8?
