I would agree. The 7 to 8 upgrade is a snap for MTA and POAs. It can be
done in a matter of minutes per agent if you pre-copy nlms / supporting
files, and edit your startup files ahead of time. I have found Gregg's
articles to be helpful on upgrades and moves as well. Watch out for the DCA
switch on your POAs. I would disable it.
