[ngw] Can you move a Post Office into a different domain?

My hope was to eventually retire the NetWare box, but I can do so when I
retire the API & Fax gateway. Simply sever those two functions and move
the domain at a later date.

If you're going to leave the domain running anyway, why not just move
the PO's a different server, but leave them under the same domain?
