[ngw] Can you move a Post Office into a different domain?

I think really he was just planning "long term" to get rid of the domain,
and wanted to have it just own those two gateways.  So, of course, no
there's no reason not to just move the POs to the other server and leave
them belonging to the NetWare domain.  But eventually he might want to get
rid of an extraneous domain that isn't needed, etc.
