[ngw] SNMP Fix Soon?

I haven't heard of the problem on 32 bit. From what I understood the 32
bit functioned properly. If I read that TID correctly (?) it was on 64
bit only that wasn't going to work. You should be able to configure
net-snmp-32bit. I have it on 64 and it doesn't work.
