[ngw] Address Book pending status

GW 8.0.1 on Linux. One of my shared accounts is having issues with Pending
status in the Shared list of the Address Book. Basically I am taking one
account and sharing it's address book with the school teachers. It worked
fine for a long time, then the status for all users went to Pending and
everyone lost access to the shared address book. We have re-shared the
address book and once shared and accepted with the users a day later the
status goes back to Pending again. Any thoughts?
