[ngw] Address Book pending status

Ya the fixes of do this and redo this I don't buy, something has to be
broken. Specifically since I did just that, unshared, created a new address
book, ran gwcheck and Structural Rebuild, then shared it out to everyone. A
day later same problem.

Thanks for your 2 cents though, helps knowing I am not the only one out
there.
