[ngw] Problem with rules since upgrading to Gw8

Hi.  I have been having problems with a rule since we upgraded from 7 to
8.  The rule used to do a Forward when a meeting was  cancelled - the
criteria searches for 'Meeting cancelled' and does a forward to our
Helpdesk for meetings where additional processing is required (video
conferences usually).  The rule still executes (I changed it to a move
and that worked), but the rule will not Forward (also tried with
Delegate but that doesn't work either). 
 
Has anyone else run into this problem and does anyone have an idea of
how to fix this - or should I report it to Novell...
