[ngw] Email Domain Name Change

I'm not sure this is a complicated as all that.  Just keep the MX record for
your current domain name.  Make an MX record for the new domain, pointing to
your GWIA.  In ConsoleOne, go to Tools|GroupWise System Operations|Internet
Addressing and add the new domain name there and make it "default".  This
way mail will deliver for both names, and go out as the new domain name.
