[ngw] Many puxxxxx.db "Database not found" errors

After I migrated our faculty/staff from a PO running on NetWare to our new Domain/PO on OES2 Linux I have gotten a good number of errors regarding puxxxxxx.db "Database not found" when running a gwcheck, analyze/fix, structure.
 
I know that these related to shared folders, etc so I had waited sometime to make sure that no end users had any issues on the new system.  It has now been several months and there haven't been any issues regarding shared folders or address books in a while, but I still have a rather large number of the above error when running a gwcheck.  Is there any way to remove references to these non-existent puxxxxxx.db files?
