[ngw] promote secondary to primary

Maybe I'm being dumb, but I always thought promoting a domain was  
easy. Right click on the secondary, Groupwise Utilities, System  
Maintenance, select 'Promote Secondary to Primary'. Except it's grayed  
out if I use ConsoleOne on the Linux server. I can access the option  
from a Windows client, but we disabled SAMBA because of corruption  
problems and getting it enabled is proving 'difficult'. Am I missing  
something, or is this a new feature of Groupwise on Linux? Old domain  
(primary) is 8.01 on Netware, new secondary is Groupwise 8.01 on SLES  
11.
