[ngw] promote secondary to primary

That's what I thought, but when I try to do it from a windows client
that CAN connect (last one in the organization with the netware
client) the option is grayed out also. Do I need to connect to both?
It might be simplest to mount the netware volume with the primary
domain from the linux server if that's all I need.
