[ngw] promote secondary to primary

That did the trick. Once I had the Netware volume mounted and shut
down the MTAs I connected to the primary domain and was able to easily
change the secondary to a primary. Not sure what this means for long
term maintenance, but it does argue for using OES as a long term base
platform to avoid problems with SMB file shares.
Thanks, I never would have completed this without your book and direct
help. i only wished we were staying with Groupwise, but we should be
stable now through the summer.
