[ngw] next release of GW

DataSync is a purchasable product (or will be).  The "Mobility Pack" which
is the ActiveSync connector will be free with maintenance.

However, DataSync as an "Exchange emulator" would really mean having to copy
the entire GW PO to the DataSync database to make it work.  If we want
something more "Exchange/Outlook" compatible, it would almost have to be at
the POA, pretending to be an Exchange Server I think.
