[ngw] Migrate and upgrade at once

This has always been my #1 piece of advice.  Do the upgrade where you are
"comfortable".  If you already know Linux, then fine, otherwise, get the
upgrade done on NetWare first where you won't be likely to panic.  That
said, having to install once as GW7 and then doing the upgrade on Linux
gives you more "hands on time" on the Linux server to hone your skills :-)
