Naturally I didn't snapshot the server before the install. :-( Can you
advise on how to remove the service so I can start again?

I can reach port 8120 and have gotten in and looked around the
settings. Everything seems to be in place.

So, from a terminal window right on the Mobility server, can you telnet
to port 443? If not, then it's not running. What happens when you log
into the Web Console for Mobility (https://yourserver:8120 - does it
show the Mobility connector running?

Your SSL error though sounds like something is wrong with the SSL
settings for the connector quite honestly.

I'd just personally wipe it out and start the installation over, paying
really close attention to the screen about the port and SSL settings. I
can revert my VM to the snapshot and reinstall in about 7 minutes now
(cause I can fill out the info in my sleep!), but for anyone even doing
it the first time it shouldn't take much longer than 15 minutes to redo
the entire setup from scratch, providing of course that you have a
"pre-mobility" snapshot!

No changes on the port. I've checked in the web gui and it's set to
443. However, I've pointed my browser there on both ports and I get
""can't establish a connection". I am seeing the server receiving 104
bytes when I try to hit it so I know the server sees the message.
When I try to just https to the address I get:
An error occurred during a connection to gwsync.dcccd.edu.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
Sigh,
Lil
