[ngw] Dictionary files in 8.0.1 HP1

I don't know why, but I think I read that's normal.

Downloaded HP1 today.

The gwdom.dc and gwpo.dc are dated 2008.  The wpdomain.dc and wphost.dc are dated 2005.  The ngwguard.dc is dated 7/24/2009.

The dictionary files for 8.0.1 are dated 8/25/2009.

Why does the HP1 dictionary files have earlier dates than SP1?
