[ngw] Dictionary files in 8.0.1 HP1

as long as the gwpo, gwdomain and ngwguard files show 800 as the version
number (look at them in text editor), they are fine.  These get weird dates
all of the time.  The wphost.dc and wpdomain.dc
are used for rebuilding OLD 5.x domains.
