[ngw] Is there a free way to decrease the size of SYS volume?

It only fixes viruses if you use the /mbr option when booting off of a clean disk :)

I know about Portlock and those things, but is there a way to shrink the size of a SYS or other Volume other than using Portlock or some other software costing lots of cash?
