[ngw] OT: Any IIS SMTP server (semi)experts here?

I need some help with something that seems to have changed behavior overnight last night in regards to configuration of an IIS SMTP virtual server.  Please raise your hand if you are somewhat knowledgeable on this subject and if I may ask a question.
