[ngw] Restore area has folders, but no files

Curious thing here.
 
I created a restore directory, then ran dbcopy to replicate the contents from my post office to the new restore area.
I checked to make sure the PO was pointing to the correct restore area, then opened my GW client and selected File|Open Backup: I see the correct folders, but no messages, notes, tasks, etc. Both the original and restore areas seem to have all the correct files. 
 
What am I doing wrong?
 
GW 8.0.1HP on OES2SP2.
