[ngw] Disk Space consumption

Look at the OFUSER (and OFMSG) dir for files with the .DBA .DBB .DBC ....
.DBZ extensions. If one of these are currently updated (timestamp) then a
rebuild is stuck. Stop the POA remove the gwcheck.db from the PO dir. Rename
the .DB file that has multiple .DB?'s to ._DB or .BAK whatever. Rename the
.DB? file with the timestamp from the moment that the issue started to .DB
(so the first rebuilt file is put back). Move all other .DB? files to local
disk. Start the PO. Check if another rebuild is starting.
