[ngw] GW8 and Windows 7

I have had reported to me that some users using Windows 7 and GW8 cannot get their MIME-Encoding to stick.  Part of a process they use requires cutting from a GroupWise message and pasting into a Web GUI but apparently there are some parts of the coding that don't do well when carried over.  They change their coding but by the next session it's reverted again.
 
Can anyone confirm this with Windows 7?
