[ngw] GroupWise Sent Items

It sounds like something is either "stuck" or not working properly in the
status returns.  Having it "opened" twice sounds like two different messages
were generated (or one got delivered twice), etc.  You don't have any
anti-virus running on the server that is not excluding the queue directories
do you?
