[ngw] Problem 49- Unrecognized userdb user.db

Check out tid #10010553 explains Problem 23 and 49.
Cause: Time stamp issue.
Users that have been deleted from the system. It is a precaution taken by gwcheck not to delete these files in case admin wishes to restore these users. The time stamp will last for two weeks and then can be cleaned up using GWCheck.

Ah HA! I had this exact problem, umm, two years ago, or so Google
says (forum post) but, sadly, no (posted) resolution. Since I cannot
remember, it must have resolved itself. Maybe.
