[ngw] GroupWise Sent Items

Are you sure your first issue isn't simply a BC recipient?  I sent an email
to 1 TO, 1 CC and 2 BC recipients.  When I look in Sent Items folder, the TO
column only show the TO and CC names but the Opened column shows 4.  I think
that's normal.
