[ngw] iPhone/iPad and GW Forward Message as Attachment

Well, Joe's kinda right here - this is an iPhone issue that cropped up at
about version 3.1 I think. It's not just GW that has the issue as far as I
know. All you have to do is google for "iphone mimi-attachment" and you
will see no end to wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Of course, I guess it's possible that Novell can come up with some kind of a
workaround with Mobility, but it happens with IMAP and ActiveSync right now
for all types of servers that I'm aware of.
