[ngw] iPhone/iPad and GW Forward Message as Attachment

Well, I would test it if I could forward an email as an attachment from
gmail, but I don't see how to do that! I just have a "forward" button and
it's making it inline. Exchange users were actually some of the first to
complain from what I can tell, so I think it affects Exchange users just as
much as GW users.
