[ngw] iPhone/iPad and GW Forward Message as Attachment

Oh - I've asked Jim Michael to see if he can confirm/deny this. He used to
be a GW admin (he wrote the Apache/Tomcat guide for WebAccess that we used
to sell), and he's now an Exchange admin and has an iPhone himself. We'll
see what he has to say on the issue from an Exchange perspective.
