[ngw] message go to junk mail, not in list

I can now see the information you referred to. The problem was not PO
views, as I claimed elsewhere, but too many fingers in the pie. I
have ten, after all.
Properties is telling me that the sender's domain is in the junk list.
However, that is not so. We scoured the domain list and eve removed
the one user address with that domain in it. Happened, in this case
to be gmail, but every other junked message claims the senders domain
is in the junk list.
I can send to this user from a gmail account and the message goes
directly to junk mail folder, with the claim
We proxied into another account in the same PO and see similar
behavior. Reports are that other users in that PO also have the
issue.
Have no reports from any users in other PO's having this issue.
While this narrows it down, it would seem, to that PO, I am currently stalled.
