[ngw] Delegates, replies and replies again

I currently have the GWIA set to use the user's address as the mail from of rule generated messages.  So far that seems to be working.  But today I had a division that started using a GroupWise address to collect and forward (delegate actually) messages to an account on another local system.  I had them delegate to keep the message in the topmost message frame, though a forward would probably do the same thing if the forwarding message is blank.
 
AAR, apparently under certain circumstances the receiving account replies to the delegated message and that appears to come back to me as postmaster.  Is there a way to get forwarded and delegated messages to behave as replies and put the forwarding user's account as the Reply-to?
