No, but he does use "hit the road" and work in Remote mode sometimes. I'll try deleting that copy and see if that helps. He may also have an archive somewhere local on the laptop that I can find, move, and standalone GWcheck.
Unfortunately he's in a closed door meeting at the moment so it'll have to wait for a bit, and he does have WebAccess in the meantime. Thanks for the suggestions.

Is the user running caching mode on the affected workstation? If so, you can blow away the cache and repopulate it with fresh data.
If you need to point to a different archive location, you can do that from consoleone or by running the client on a different workstation to make the change.
