[ngw] How to recover deleted distribution list?

I'm not sure how you would do that with the usual tools, but with JRB Utilities, it would be a simple command line:
 
gwdlists NameOfList /h=\\PathToRestoredDomainDatabase
 
This will return a list of users which could then be used to import back in to the live system.

Hi All,
 
About a year ago a distribution list was deleted from our system address book.  We'd like to recover it.
 
I have access to backup media with our primdom and the domain/po that the list existed in.
 
I've restored my wpdomain.db, wphost.db, and associated dc files to an alternate location.  But I'm at a bit of a loss as to the next steps, without affecting my production systems.
 
GW 7.0.3 running on NetWare 6.5 SP7
