I have a fresh Windows 2008 R2 server, with the Novell client (SP1 for Windows 2008 R2)on it. Getting ready to copy all data from existing NetWare 6.5 server, using DBCOPY from the Windows 2008 server. (I was able to do so from a Windows 2003 server). When I run DBCOPY.exe from my software distribution directory, I get a bunch of these:

I've done in the past, where I've run the DBCOPY utility from the target server, which has significantly more horsepower than its predecessor.
Run running the GW7.03 dbcopy utility from the same server, I get the message: This application has failed to start because gwenv1a.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
The difference, other than server platform, is the Novell client.
Anyone seen this before and resolved it? I can certainly copy the database from my PC, but for large Post Offices, I'd rather depend on server hardware for speed's sake.
