I think I just got it to work. Had to copy the entire NT folder from the GW7 SDD to Windows Server. Keep you posted.

Same error locally as running it from NW server via UNC:
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. See app event log for more detail.

What if you copy dbcopy locally and run it instead of running it from
the NW server via UNC?
