[ngw] NetWare to Windows 2008 - Dbcopy

I do recall having to copy a bunch of files when I was getting the GW8
dbcopy to run on Windows 2003. It kept complaining about a particular file
that I had to copy over, I think from the NT folder, in addition to all of
the files in the dbcopy folder in the SDD. I think it's a file that
normally is there if you have the Windows GW agents installed, but without
them, you need to copy that extra file over. Here's the directory listing.
