[ngw] Unable to Reply - BB w/GW Web Access

James gave the link to force using the basic interface.  It should
come up automatically though.  Might have to edit the WebAccess
application (I think that's where the setting is) to give the browser
headers of the BB web browser so that it uses the basic interface
automatically.
