Hey Joe,
Yes, I've been using them for several months now and their technology
works very well with SLES and OES.
I've installed the Arkeia backup software on a standalone SLES 10 SP2 HP
box several months back (not part of my eDirectory tree). The server is
connected to an HP MSL 6000 Tape Library. I use the Tape Library and
volume space on the server (Virtual Tape Library) for my backup storage.
I have this server backing up my OES2 server (NSS volume) and also
backing up my Windows servers. For Groupwise I use RELOAD for
backup.
The price is very reasonable and they have a good tech support
team so it is straightforward to install (even to a just beginning Linux person -
such as me) :-)
Hope this helps!
cheers!
Felix

Has anyone ever heard of or used Arkeia backup for NW, GW, etc? Just
had a Google alert this morning that they now apparently support OES2,
including GW, eDir, and iFolder running on OES2 all using native SMS.
Wonder how it compares to SEP SESAM.
